MiX Telematics was incorporated in South Africa in 1996, and in November of 2007, it successfully completed an initial public offering on the JSE. Our principal executive office is located in Midrand, South Africa, and we also have offices in: Uganda, the United Kingdom, the United States, Brazil, the United Arab Emirates and Australia. Some of the businesses we have acquired over the years were established much before 1996 – e.g. our UK business was formed in 1985.
