Raymond James & Associates, Inc. and William Blair & Company, LLC were joint book-running managers for the offering, and Canaccord Genuity Inc. and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. were co-managers for the U.S. ADR offering. Each ADR represents 25 ordinary shares.
